Procurement Specialist

Elle Du Monde is seeking a full-time Procurement Specialist to join our in-house team located in Atlanta, GA. The candidate will work closely with our Designers to procure goods for client projects.

Our firm focuses on residential projects with a mixture of new construction, renovations, and soft goods. Each project varies in complexity, timeline, and scope. Executing beautiful, successful homes for our clients is our top priority. Ideal candidates for this role are passionate about residential architecture and design, and are exceptionally organized and detail oriented.

Primary responsibilities

• Procurement and order management.

• File damage claims and oversee repairs and/or replacements.

• Generate and maintain order schedules. 

• Communicate with vendors, project managers, and clients regarding purchases, scheduling, installations, etc.

• Communicate with the receiving warehouse.

• Invoicing and maintaining client accounts.

• Manage vendor accounts.

• Communicate with accountants as needed.

• Assist in pricing.

• Maintain overall office organization.

• Help oversee day to day administrative functions and maintain office supplies.

• Assist with finish schedules, lighting schedules, plumbing schedules, etc. for client projects.

Qualifications include

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field - Interior Design degree not required for this role.

• 1+ Years of Experience in a Residential Interior Design Firm or Design Showroom

• Proficiency in Quickbooks

• Proficiency in Google Drive

Requirements include

• Availability to work locally in Midtown Atlanta at our studio.

• Valid driver's license and means of transportation, must be comfortable driving in Atlanta.

Additional Information

• Elle Du Monde is located in Atlanta, GA, and employees are required to travel to jobs as needed.

• Office hours are 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
